In addition to their website, the client wanted a glossary of billing and insurance terms to help bridge the gap in the conversation and instill confidence in the employers and employees they are helping with health insurance. My Medical Navigator FAQ Section

In addition to the billing and insurance terms, we were tasked to add an FAQ section to the client's website to facilitate communication and build trust among the employers and employees receiving health insurance assistance. Collaborating closely with the team, I contributed to developing clear and concise questions and answers for this section.

I was tasked with developing copy that would convert for JORNAY PM's back-to-school email threads aimed at healthcare providers. The goal was to emphasize the unique slow-release effects that would aid in a child's prep for the upcoming academic year to persuade the healthcare provider to prescribe JORNAY PM to their patients. Under the guidance of the Associate Creative Director, I worked closely with the creative team, and focused on crafting clear and concise messages to highlight  how well JORNAY PM's slow release effects can benefit a child to quickly convert the healthcare provider.

Our team was assigned the task of creating a Health Insurance Terms & Definitions document aimed to help patients better understand commonly used terms in healthcare. This resource was designed to enhance their visits with caregivers, empowering them to engage more effectively in their own care. Under the guidance of the Associate Creative Director, I worked closely with the team to help Otsuka improve communication and ensure that patients feel more informed and confident during their healthcare journey.
