After our primary source of funding was cancelled until the 2026 fiscal year, we were challenged with finding grants within the local community. We applied to the Bowling Green City Foundation Grant to secure funding for the Wood County Educational Service Center's (WCESC) before and after school children's program, STARS. With travel cut due to expenses, our goal was to acquire the funding for local businesses to come to the schools to provide enriching activities.
